After decades leading teams, running businesses and coaching executives across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors, I’ve discovered one truth:

My Journey
I moved to Australia in the 1980’s and pursued a career in education, training and business development as well as owning and operating several successful
small businesses. I understand the challenge and demands of juggling a work/life balance [I call it Harmony] having raised two sons single-handed while
holding down demanding corporate jobs, continuing with my personal development studies and building my industry and community profile.I found the drive,
the humour, the confidence and the resilience to overcome all challenges life chucked at me and was supported in my own personal development journey by a
lifelong interest in helping others to reach their fullest potential. It wasn’t always easy however we stayed positive and had lots of fun, creating awesome
memories along the way.
I have been Coach and Mentor to many people over the last 25 years during which time I led corporate teams of over 140 staff, successfully operated and
managed several diverse small businesses as well as speaking at and chairing international conferences.
I am authentic, warm, curious and skilled at asking direct and powerful questions which cause my clients to dig deep – connecting with their own innate
wisdom-and to begin their own journeys of self-discovery and self-development.
I share my skills and knowledge with others through my Life Success, Business Success and Executive Success coaching programs and through
my consultancy practice, ThinkSpeakWrite.
