We’re only a few weeks into the year and you’re already exhausted.

Here’s a hard truth: you’re not tired because you’re doing too much.
If You’re Already Tired, You’re Doing Too Much That Doesn’t Matter
You’ve said yes to the meetings that drain you.
You’ve taken on the tasks no one else would.
You’ve spent hours fixing other people’s chaos instead of creating your own calm.
That’s not productivity. That’s energy sucking.
It can be easy to wear “busy” like a badge of honour, but being everywhere for everyone means being nowhere for yourself.
And I want to remind you that: tired isn’t always physical. It can be the load of emotional clutter you are carrying.

1️⃣ Audit your calendar.
Circle those things that actually move the needle – for you, for your targets and goals and, importantly, for your wellbeing.
Then cross out the rest. It will be hard however – Be ruthless.
2️⃣ Reclaim your no.
“No” isn’t rejection. It’s redirection. Every time you say it, you’re protecting the energy that fuels what really counts.
3️⃣ Simplify your focus.
Pick three priorities – no more – for the next month. That’s where your clarity will be focused and this is how you will grow your confidence.
4️⃣ Quit being the fire-fighter.
If you’re always the fixer, people will always hand you the flames. Step back. Let others sweat a little. Let them problem solve their own issues rather than relying on you.
2026 isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things – the things that are right for you and doing them deeply, intentionally, and without apology.
