This week’s a strange one, isn’t it?
That no-man’s land between Christmas and New Year. Time goes fuzzy, leftovers are a food group, and you’re not entirely sure what day it is. And you make a promise to yourself that you will think about goals next week.
Don’t be most people.
This is the perfect time to do a little audit on yourself – and not the fluffy kind.
Ask yourself:
What are people saying about me when I’m not in the room?
The thing is: You don’t get to write your reputation. You live it.
Every tone, every text, every time you over-promise or go missing when things get uncomfortable…..that’s the story people tell about you.
It’s time to realise that your reputation isn’t shaped by your best day. You reveal it to others on your worst days. How you behave when it is tough is when people decide if they can trust you, follow you, live with you or recommend you.
So, before you start scribbling 2026 resolutions, take a hard look at 2025.
💥 Where did you show up strong?
💥 Where did you hide, deflect, or drop the ball?
💥 What version of you are people remembering? [and is it the one you want?]
If it’s not, good news: you get to rewrite it.
Not with words but through your actions.
Repairing your reputation is not about spin or sucking up. It begins [and continues] with consistency.
My coaching for you this week:
Stop managing your image. Start embodying your integrity.
Because in leadership (and in life), people don’t remember what you meant to do.
They remember what you did.
Enjoy your reflection time.
